OBJECT

These Terms of Use (hereinafter the Terms) are intended to regulate access, browsing and use of the website (hereinafter the Portal, Web Portal, Website or Web Page) https://verdestenerife.com.  Access, browsing and/or use of the Portal implies acceptance of all the stipulations provided in these Terms, as well as the Privacy Policy or Data Protection Policy and the Cookies Policy.

However, there are certain services and content accessible through the Web Portal, subject to particular conditions that may replace and/or complement these Conditions.

Verde's Tenerife reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against Users who violate or infringe intellectual and industrial property rights.

USER RESPONSIBILITY

The User will be responsible for:
